Hello to everybody from greece.I just find this site and i think you have make good job.I like to collect old radios and to repair them.I have fix about 15 the most off them europian.Before some days i find a old radio tylan 642.I think it is from bulgaria.It doesnt work and i want to fix it.Uses the az1 ech4 ebl1 ef9 tubes.The coils are in a box geloso.The radio is in black wooden case.I f somebody have any information for this set or better his schema ,if he want can tell me about this.I dont know how i can add picture,but i can sent them in email, if somebody can add them.Than[img][/img]k you very much.

Hi.I use the translate and i can read everything you write.The google translate me all you write from bulgarian to greek.No i dont wanna bye radio,i have a tylan 642 model and i want to know moore about this ,if somebody have any information about the year of bilding or better technikal data.

Hi and welcome to our little society.
This is the only model of Tulan that we know fo now but it doesn't use the same tubes as yours.
Although we don't have a schematic, I recommend you replace all the electrolytic capacitors especially in the power supply. Is there any sound from the loudspeaker when you turn the radio on? If there is, does it change when you turn the volume knob?
P.S. To add a picture, use an image hosting site, e. g. http://www.postimage.org . Select the image file in your computer (it has to be less than 4 MB) and upload it. When your image is uploaded, copy the first link that is called "Forum BB code" and paste it in your posting.

Hello again and thanks for the answers.my radio is older from this in the photos.I will try later to add some photos, because im not too good in pc like the old radios.For the friend mixa the radio want restore.I start today, with the box.Inside have 1 if transmiter change ,and 2 tubes different.Somebody try to fix that but didnt maked.It will take time but it will work.The electronic materials are good but the in case use cheap wood.Have coils geloso in a box and italian and german capasitors.When i can add photos you will see.I propose to make a list of manufactured and models because you have so many.This is the history off your country,and i think this is nessesery to saw the younger what some people make from nothing.Thanks again and i will come back soon.

http://www.postimage.org . е меко казано една интертрагедия във всяко отношение. Сайтове за снимки има много, но този е "върха" на интеридиотизма. Освен това, всеки който влезе в него получава в компютъра си пачка от почти всички видове шпиони, червеи, троянци и т.н.

Лично аз за първи път в живота си виждам този модел.
Въпреки голямото ми желание да му помогна, до момента не ми е много ясно какво иска той..

Hello to everybody again.Thanks all for your interest and for the help.I think i made something ,the pictures now are add.First time add pictures so forgeive my mistakes,like i said im new in pc,and dont know too many thinks.thanks for the links and the information.I add a philips schema, that use the same tubes with my radio.From this i can take some ideas.I start fix the box first, and after the circuit.It will take time but im not hurry.Like you see in photos somebody try to change 2 valves with others.Also have a if transmiter different.When im going there i will change these, and replace some capasitors.All this want time but i have fix moore difficults problems.Slowly it will work.I think this model must be about 1938 -1944.Thanks again everybody for the answers and continue the good work.

New information came about this radio.The radio made in Burgas city in 1938.I want to thank the collector mr Съби Мезински for his help.
I finish the radio.Now work ok.I change the capacitors some registor and i fix some coils that was broken.Now work fine.

Antonis, I do congratulate you for your work, and generally with finding this radio. I think it is a quite rare model - I have never seen one like this in Bulgaria. Cheers
